1 free A la Carte dinner included
1 spa treatment Salt Caves "45 minutes as 3 days at seaside!"

In the meanwhile, looking forward to see you somewhere near Verona, we give you some advice on how to cope with daily stress:

1. Watch a funny movie or visit a joke Web site. Laughter releases tension and helps put life back in perspective.

2. Get moving! Who said you need quiet to relax? A great way to relax is getting some light exercise. This can mean going for a walk around the neighborhood or playing a low impact sport. Exercise has been known to help the body relax and engaging in non-intense exercise will help your mind to unwind as well.

3. Read a Book. Go check out a new book from the local library and start reading. It may even be a fun activity to read one of your favorite books over again.

4. Clean your inbox daily. No, not your e-mail. Your mind. Buy yourself a notebook or start a computer journal. Every night jot down happenings, thoughts and things accomplished that day, or even your frustrations. When your mind is "cleaned up," it is easier to relax and fall asleep.

5. Shoot the Breeze. Go to a friend's house or talk to a friend on the phone. Chances are you have one of those friends that you can chat with as if no time has gone by since you last talked. Old friends usually provide great opportunities to talk about the good old days.

6. Do yoga. If you don't have time to join a yoga class at least once a week, then purchase a yoga video. Make time to do at least 15 minutes of yoga most days. This will help stretch and relax your muscles.

7. Take a bubble bath. Put on some soft music, light a candle and enjoy a nice warm bubble bath. If you don't want music, you can always take a book or magazine with you.

8. Look at Old Photos. Bring out some old photos from your childhood or the photos from a fun trip you took. Remembering some of your treasured moments through photographs will make you smile and relax for sure.

9. Play Board Games. When was the last time you played your favorite board game? Dust off the old Monopoly or Scrabble, prepare some snacks, and play a few games with your family. It'll be fun for all!
