Propeller Island City Lodge: wake up in a work of art.

Have you haver thought of living the lysergic dreams of an artist in Berlin? Have you ever thought of becoming part of an evolving work of art? If you happen to be in Berlin, near the Adenauer Platz's U-Bahn Exit this could become a reality.

The stunning architecture of the Propeller Island City Lodge was designed and built by the visionary genius of Lars Stroschen, a composer of electronic music in Berlin, who in 1997 decided to use his passion for design and the visual arts to subsidize his record label: the Propeller Island. Thus was born one of the most amazing places in Berlin, a place where to "live in a work of art".

The hotel has 45 theme rooms where every furniture, which are all hand made individually, is transformed into a stage of dreams rather than a place to spend the night. Visit their website to understand the magic of their rooms: one upside down, where you sleep on the floor with the bed floating above your head, or the one that is a reproduction of a jail cell, but the most extravagant one is the room where instead of beds there are coffins.

The extraordinary City Lodge experience is emphasized by the "Instructions for Use" of each room that will be delivered at check-in and that will be very important to fully enjoy this work of art hotels.
