It is with great pride and satisfaction that we announce the presence of the Montemezzi Hotel, with the project "The Fun Hotel", at the twelfth edition of the Worldwide Hospitality Awards 2011, which will be held in Paris next November the 21st.
The Worldwide Hospitality Awards thus are an excellent representation of the international hospitality industry diversity and help to reveal its innovative processes and concepts.
In fact, our project has been nominated in the category "Best Initiative Client's Experience": this Award will be attributed to a program by a hotel group or brand, or individual hotel to estabilish and mantain the most profitable relations with their clients. This iniziative must take the client's experience in the hotel better, thanks to a program of rewards, loyalty programs and quality commitment.
So, to the question: "What is the legacy your project will leave on hospitality history?", we answered: "The Fun Hotel is the first unconventional hotel in the Italian panorama. Introducing a new concept of wellness as an emotional status and mark the way on the use of social networks in the relationship between customer and his travel experience”.
Hotel Montemezzi will be the only hotel candidate to represent Italy at this prestigious event. Of course thanks to all of you, without your support we couldn't have done it, let's keep our fingers crossed.
