Can you imagine a better way than walking barefoot to get in touch with nature? You should know that several years ago in New Zealand a movement called "Barefoot" has born, quickly spreading in the U.S. and Europe.
The people of this community chose as a lifestyle not to wear shoes during their daily activities, just walking barefoot. The philosophy behind it is based on the roots of man in nature, starting from the support of bare feet on it.
According to this philosophy walking barefoot regularly exercise the muscles of the foot, makes a correct distribution of weights and helps perspiration.
To allow the movement to continue to grow and give everyone the chance to try this experience, "barefooters" have created some real theme parks, in Germany and in France, as well as in Austria and Denmark, to bring man closer to Nature.
In Italy the movement has existed since 1998 when Franco Grippa founded the club "Nati Scalzi". In Valle d'Aosta, in Morgez, they designed a new route within the project "Au tour du Mont Blanc". A track located in an area near the Morgex Sports Center, about six hundred meters long with stable materials, stone, wood, grass, moss, mud, sand and water andseasonal materials. Are you ready to take off your shoes?
